Whether you are upgrading your version of Domino and want to cleanup your address book before upgrading or are just tired of paying for unused licenses this application can help identify inactive users.

Whether you are upgrading to Domino 6, 7 or 8 and want to cleanup your address book before upgrading or are just tired of paying for unused licenses this application can help.

Most organizations only maintain notes logs for a few days because of space limitations, this application maintains only the most recent activity for each user so there is no need to delete data on a regular basis.
Domino HTTP users have activity stored in a separate database that shows each and every http request with no easy way to view just a list of active users.
Domino servers running IIS don't even maintain user activity but instead depend on IIS to log requests.
Many organizations have begun moving to a browser only environment but have no easy way to identify those users still accessing the servers via the notes client because again most organizations only maintain notes logs for a few days.

This application pulls in the most recent activity for each user from all available logs so that administrators can easily identify those users who are no longer active or now only require browser id's.
